Mules are definitely one of my favourite shoes for summer. They are casual, easy to wear and go with everything. You can find so many different options right now pretty much everywhere, with a heel or flat and in so many different colours. I like the combination of the black leather and brown stacked heel like these ones I picked up last year at Browns Shoes. Have a good weekend everyone!

I don't usually wear a red lip but thought it would be a good way to dress up an all white, causal summer look and add a pop of colour. This Revlon shade is perfect, matte and bold but not too warm or cool. I love the texture of this waffle knit sweater and the deep V-neck when its zipped (here). With knitwear being such a big trend for fall I'm sure I will get a lot of use out of it in the upcoming months.

This raw denim jacket is a little masculine so I would wear it with more feminine clothing, like a pleated skirt and mules. I usually stick to dark basics but have been a fan of the light coloured neutrals this summer.
