The small town where I grew up, consisting of about fifty people, holds a folk festival every year where thousands of people come listen to good music and camp for a weekend. This year the weather wasn't ideal but that didn't stop anyone from dancing and having a great time!
Unfortunately I'm not able to see the picture, although I would love to see what you have worn!
